WAYFINDER MAP - LOCKE DE SANTA JOANA

Designed a digital and physical wayfinding system for Locke de Santa Joana to help guests navigate the property’s complex multi-level layout. The project included a mobile-friendly scannable property map linked through QR codes at reception and within guest communications, alongside a series of permanent wayfinding tiles installed throughout the hotel. Inspired by traditional Lisbon tilework, the signage balanced practicality with local character, helping guests move through the space more intuitively while reinforcing the visual identity of the property.
