ILLUSTRATION FOR SCOTTISH WATER INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

Developed a flexible illustration system for Scottish Water to support internal communication campaigns centred around mental health and employee wellbeing. Originally created for the Care Conversations initiative, the illustrations were designed to make sensitive topics feel more approachable, accessible and easier to engage with across training and internal materials.

The system was later expanded to cover wider wellbeing themes while maintaining a consistent visual language across the organisation. Designed for scalability and long-term use, the illustrations now function as an adaptable toolkit used across presentations, posters, digital communications and staff engagement materials.
